Eddy holds an MBA, bringing a strategic and analytical approach to his work. His deep understanding of market trends and property valuations makes him a trusted advisor for clients looking to make informed decisions. In addition to his real estate career, he serves as a board member for the City of Winston-Salem Zoning Board of Adjustments, where he plays a role in shaping local property regulations and development.

Brandon LaVallee is an experienced real estate professional with 20 years in the industry. Specializing in both residential and commercial real estate, Brandon has built a reputation for helping clients make informed, strategic decisions. His expertise spans relocation, luxury home sales, investment properties, and new construction.
As a second-generation real estate broker with deep roots in North Carolina, Brandon brings a strong local knowledge and personalized approach to every transaction. He is committed to providing seamless, stress-free experiences for clients navigating their real estate journeys, whether buying, selling, or investing.
Brandon’s background also includes leadership roles in high-growth environments, such as co-founding GetYourNest.com in Scottsdale and working with Opendoor, a Proptech firm that connects institutional buyers to off-market properties. Broker in NC, FL, AZ and OR with over 1,300 transactions under his belt.
When not working with clients, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, getting to the mountains, beach and the golf course.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Carrie was born and raised in Lexington, NC, and still lives near where she grew up. She got her undergraduate degree from High Point University. She ventured toward commercial property management in 2019, shortly after getting her brokers license and immediately knew that was her next career path. Carrie enjoys learning the properties and building strong relationships with her tenants, as well as industry partners. She even finds the financial side of her role interesting.
Carrie is currently pursuing her CPM certification and is striving to have that completed by the end of the year.
Carrie loves to watch her boys play baseball! She also enjoys gardening and having plenty of flowers in her flower bed each year.
